Zumba fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow dance moves in a one-of-a-kind fitness program that is dynamic, exciting, and effective.

Zumba is a dance-inspired, total body, fat-burning workout using lively Latin music as its core. Its routines combine fast and slow rhythms and resistance training thereby toning and sculpting the body while burning fat. Every major muscle group in the body is targeted! In addition, it is amazing fun! No dance experience is necessary so give it a try!

Theresa Moore, certified Zumba instructor, brings such extraordinary energy and enthusiasm to each and every class! She has such a passion for Zumba--it’s downright contagious!
